Halli is the driving force behind both the Andreas & Susan Struengmann Foundation and SBF. She has over 20 years of experience in philanthropic, education, healthcare, and social development spaces. Halli is a specialist in organizational leadership and strategy development. She understands how to build a strong and agile team, and knows the importance of growing and nurturing critical partnerships to achieve a shared vision.

Lloyd Williams

Chief Operating Officer of Foundation SA

Supporting our programmes and projects, Lloyd oversees the operations of the Foundation SA. With growing experience in Non-Profit Organisational Leadership & development, Lloyd has been leading public and privately funded Education, Skills and Social Enterprise development initiatives. He is a husband, father, and motorsport enthusiast fuelled by the commitment to fight for an equal and just society.

Sue Struengmann

Co-founder and visionary behind the Andreas & Sue Struengmann Foundation, Sue has a passion for children and the power of education. She loves spending time with scholars and is also the driving force behind the foundation's other child-focused philanthropic endeavours.

Andreas Struengmann

Co-founder and visionary behind the Andreas & Sue Struengmann Foundation, Dr. Andreas Struengmann (born 1950) is a German businessman and founded generic drug maker Hexal AG. He spends his time between Tegernsee and South Africa and is married to Susan Struengmann, with whom he has two children.

Kehiloe Ntsekhe

Kehiloe has a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from the university of Cape Town (UCT) and is certified in mindfulness-based interventions. She also currently chairs the board of trustees of Shine Literacy, an NGO which aims to help address the legacy of poor literacy in South Africa.

Henry Barenblatt

Retired CEO of Research Surveys, South Africa’s largest consumer research company, Henry holds a number of marketing and business management qualifications both in South Africa and from the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University, California.

Rudzani Muloiwa

Rudzani is Professor and Head of Department of Paediatrics & Child Health at the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Cape Town (UCT) and the Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital.

Heather Cooper

Heather is currently the director of the South African Grants Programme for the TK Foundation, a private independent foundation supporting programmes working in the youth development and maritime sectors.

Imraan Haffegee

Imraan holds a BA LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, and is a panellist on the Labour and Commercial Dispute Resolution Panels of Tokiso. He has been a partner at Haffegee Roskam Savage Attorneys since 2009.
